Ingredients for one serving:
2 polynuclear tablespoons oatmeal
1 / 8 liter water
130 g fresh fruit as desired
; milk (optional)
Preparation:
The oatmeal cook with the water. It will remain and stirring occasionally, because the small amount could otherwise burn quickly. When it boils, turn off and another 3 to 5 minutes can be drawn. Then pour into a bowl, to taste sweet, fruit spread about little milk. Done! Yummy!
